Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You can check the status of your package once it has been scanned by the USPS. Please allow at least 48 hours to access this information. If for any reason you do not receive your package on time, first contact your local post office. Please note once an item leaves our shop and has been scanned in by the post office, we no longer control what happens to the package. However, we will do what we can in the event the package is lost or stolen. But the first action is to call your local post office and follow their guidelines for lost packages.

USPS shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store front 500 D COURTHOUSE RD GULFPORT, MS.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready. Each order will come with a tracking number, and once scanned by the post office, you can track the location of your package.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
