Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange, refund, or store credit. Exchange is only offered for items returned in store. Items that are shipped you have 14 days from the day your item is received to return for a store credit or refund. Simply mail your item back to us (see return address below) and a credit will be sent to your email on file. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Must be post marked by the 14th day. Items mailed after the return window will not be accepted.

All jewelry, shoes, accessories, and sale items are final sale.
Items must be returned unworn and unaltered with original tags attached. Items returned without tags will not be accepted. Credit or Refund will be given once received and processed.
HOLD POLICY:
Items placed on hold are not guaranteed without payment. Items placed on hold must be picked up within 24 hours, or the items will be placed back on the sales floor.
IN STORE PICK-UP POLICY:
Local pick up is offered at no charge and items can be picked up at our location. You will receive an email confirmation once items are ready for pick up. Orders are fulfilled promptly and usually available the same day.
Items scheduled to be picked up in store must be picked up within 90 days of purchase; otherwise, items will be donated to charity.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
In the event you receive a defective item please notify us immediately. You can call during business hours, email us at Brandy@flouish.boutique or send us a message on facebook. Please include details about the damage and photos if possible. We will get you taken care of ASAP.
